Why Can’t I Log In?
Our server’s firewall is configured to lock out any IP address that attempts to log in (via FTP, SSH, or SFTP) unsuccessfully too many times in a row. You’ll know you’ve probably been locked out by the firewall if you can no longer reach any site on birdhouse.org from a web browser.
If this happens to you, contact support — we’ll help determine your IP address and remove it from the firewall’s “deny” list. Since you won’t be able to use the web-based form to contact support, please call one of the numbers listed in your Welcome to Birdhouse message, or send us email.
